Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Tech Supersonic LLC ("Tech Supersonic", "we", "us") operates TSS Talent Lab. We collect information you provide directly to us — including your name, business email, company name, role, and any project requirements — when you sign up, book an AI Readiness Discovery Session, or contact us.
We also automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and pages visited. This is collected via standard server logs and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand site usage and improve the service.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. The TSS Talent Lab service is intended for business customers and qualified engineering candidates.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, match clients with vetted engineers, schedule discovery sessions, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, engagement updates), and respond to enquiries.
We may use aggregated, anonymised data for analytics, business reporting, and product development. We do not sell personal information to third parties under any circumstance.
Marketing communications are only sent to recipients who have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by writing to info@techsupersonic.com.
3. Data Sharing & Processors
We share data only with the service providers required to operate the platform — including hosting (AWS), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and scheduling (Calendly). Each processor is bound by contractual obligations to protect data and use it only for the purposes we instruct.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tech Supersonic, our clients, or the public.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for GDPR-regulated and enterprise clients. We do not transfer personal data outside the engagement scope without your written consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Engagement records, invoices, and contracts are retained for the periods required by US tax, accounting, and corporate law (typically 7 years from the end of the engagement).
When you delete your account or request erasure, we remove personal identifiers from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU/UK residents and CCPA for California residents) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@techsupersonic.com with a clear description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We honour standard browser "Do Not Track" signals where technically feasible and do not engage in cross-site behavioural advertising.
6. Contact
